Terms of Use

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms apply to the AI hairstyle and hair-color simulation, style information, points, and related features (the Service) of MIRI Hair AI, provided by Gyugwang Lee (the Operator). For details about personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create or use an account.
• You must use your own social login account and may not use another person's account.
• You must keep your login method secure and notify the Operator if you discover unauthorized use.

3. Nature of the AI simulation

• Generated images are simulations for reference and do not guarantee actual haircut, perm, or color results.
• Face or hair shape may vary depending on the photo, model behavior, lighting, and device environment.
• Service results do not replace professional salon, medical, or safety advice.

4. Rights to photos and content

• Upload only your own photo or a photo whose subject has permitted AI processing and storage.
• Before using another person's or a client's photo, explain the purpose, retention period, and possible transfer to an external AI service, and obtain the required permission.
• You may not upload a photo containing a minor without lawful permission from the minor's legal guardian.
• To the extent needed to provide the Service, you authorize the Operator to store and transform an input photo and transfer it to the configured AI processing environment. Ownership does not transfer to the Operator.

5. Points and payments

• The points shown on screen are used when you request a simulation.
• If the system confirms a generation failure, the points used for that job are returned automatically.
• Point packs and monthly subscriptions are sold on Google Play or the App Store. Review the local price, billing period, and Purchase Terms before payment. Withdrawal and refunds follow applicable law and store procedures.
• Points can be used only inside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash or other property.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• infringe another person's rights or personal data, or process a photo without permission;
• use the Service for illegal, violent, sexually exploitative, impersonation, or discriminatory purposes;
• interfere with security or normal operation, or obtain points or sign-up benefits improperly;
• send excessive automated requests or distribute outputs in violation of law.

7. Changes, interruption, and limits

The Operator may change or temporarily interrupt parts of the Service for maintenance, outages, changes to external AI providers, or legal compliance. Where possible, notice is given in the app. Accounts with serious violations or security risks may be limited.

8. Withdrawal and data

You may request account withdrawal from the My screen. Login stops immediately. The current system deletes the account, generation data, and images six months after the request. Legally required transaction records are kept separately for the required period.

9. Liability

The Operator does not limit liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Liability for losses caused by communication failures, a user's breach of these Terms, or unforeseeable external outages may be limited to the extent allowed by law.

10. Changes and disputes

If these Terms change, the effective date and reasons are announced in the app. Material changes that are unfavorable to users are announced with enough notice. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction follows applicable civil procedure law.
